FLASH! Wandrous now has a Web front end for all your non-Android friends. Click here to learn more.
Yes at long last Wandrous 2.0 is launched and are we HAPPY! This is a monumental leap in fun and functionality. Wandrous 2.0 introduces:
- Availability on Android "Honeycomb" and "Ice Cream Sandwich" based tablet devices and that, my friends, is a truly magnificent way to use Wandrous
- Expanded Travel Book publication, including -- that's right -- fee-based publication so you can make some money for your efforts
- Four different publication channels, including one just for you travel merchants and one for your Wandrous Friends. Oh yeah --
- Wandrous Friends. In case you don't already have enough social media contacts, here is a new way to have more. Share your Travel Books with Wandrous Friends and be the life of the travel party
- Your very own user Profile. This can be seen by your Friends and by anyone who taps on your profile link in your published Travel Books
- Training videos built-in to Wandrous. Learn how to do all those things you could never figure out before
- Wandrous is now free and does not include advertising. The Expense, Trip Log and Track features are separate options that you can purchase right from within the app
- Much more user-friendly hand holding and advice when creating Books, Trips, and everything else
- PLUS countless improvements and (just a couple) bug fixes to everything that was already in this incredible product

How to Find It
If you click this link you can go directly to the listing for Wandrous in the Android market. You should also be able to search for "wandrous" within the Android Market app.
Wandrous 2.0 is currently not available from the Amazon market. This is because our fee-for-purchase options and Travel Books rely on the Android Market.
The One Gotcha
There are so many changes to Wandrous that we unfortunately could not offer backward compatibility to existing users. Go ahead, scream. Here, we'll do it for you
.
What does this mean? It's actually not too bad. If you already have Travel Books, expenses, or trip logs that you want to use with Wandrous 2.0, you will need to back them up first, then install the new app.
If you only have Travel Books (and the things in them like Places and Trips), the migration is quite simple.
If you have expenses and trip logs, and want to keep using that functionality, the process is a bit more complicated. This is because Wandrous is now free, and in 2.0 Expense Tracker and Trip Logs are options you purchase within the app.
Visit this page for a detailed description of the process.
